Update to SDK 7.2 Today!
Take advantage of Leadbolt’s high performance Native Ads, Video and Interstitial Ads with these new updates:

  • iOS 10 / ATS capable – Apple’s compliance deadline is January 1st 2017
  • Video updates – extends our support for advertiser video formats
  • Delivery & connectivity optimization – improves user connectivity and ad delivery
  • ROI advantage – provides additional improvements to maximize publisher returns

iOS 10 / ATS Capable
As you may recall, last year Apple debuted its App Transport Security (ATS) feature, which ensures that an app connects to web services over an HTTPS connection rather than HTTP.  HTTPS keeps user data secure while in transit by encrypting it.

Effective January 1, 2017, Apple will make ATS mandatory for all developers who hope to submit their apps to the App Store.

Our latest SDK includes iOS10 specific ATS updates to support the permissions available. Our integration instructions (help.leadbolt.com/app-developers) detail the ATS settings for your Apps Info.plist file to allow you to load web content into your app from a variety of sources (for ads).

We are also presently working with our top advertiser partners to ensure they also support ATS appropriately.

Updating to Leadbolt SDK 7.2 ensures ATS compatibility and maximum opportunities for ad display with our top advertiser partners.

We’ve Got Your Back
We have worked hard to continue to improve our SDK including a whole range of performance related updates. With a new year of fresh opportunities ahead, we recommend all app developers update to Leadbolt SDK version 7.2 for iOS and Android.
